THIS crab’s no nipper — it has claws that are bigger than human hands.
The 17lb monster is the biggest edible crab ever caught. It has a 9in claw span and its shell is a foot wide — breaking a 150-year-old record.
Diver Paul Worsley, 39, spotted the beast under the wreck of ship Empress of India 160ft down off Lyme Regis, Dorset. He said: it put up quite a fight but I managed to attach it to a buoy to lift it to the surface.?
Paul then gave the crab to a pal, who ate it.
